October 13, 2016 - CANet Funding Awarded We are pleased to announce that our application to the Cardiac Arrhythmia Network of Canada’s (CANet) Research Grant program has been approved for funding! June 20, 2016 - Study Relaunch We are delighted to inform you that we have secured alternate funding for REFINE ICD via partnerships with GE Healthcare, Medtronic of Canada, AHS and the CIHR in order to resume the trial. Furthermore, we are pursuing funding from the Cardiac Arrhythmia Network of Canada - Network of Centres of Excellence (CANet-NCE). We are therefore reopening the study for enrollment and randomization on Monday, June 20th, 2016. The trial will continue in Canada and selected sites in Europe and the Middle East. We want to take this opportunity and thank you for your continuing support and efforts for the REFINE ICD study. |
